AIQ translation efficiency : 1000 – 1300 words per day.

AIQ started its translation services in 2002. Since then, AIQ completed numerous translation. To date, AIQ completed the translation of two books with one of them a book for vocational students from Malay to English; a Marketing book from English to Malay; and numerous technical documents and Materials Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for petrochemical, oil & gas and safety gears manufacturers, mostly from English to Malay language. AIQ also offers editorial services for technical documents or articles.

The translator, Feroza Shariff, is a Materials Engineer who loves language. A member ofPersatuan Penterjemah Malaysia, she possess a Certificate in Translation by Malaysian National Institute Of Translation (Institut Terjemahan Negara Malaysia).

With eight years experience in translation coupled with two years experience in semiconductor manufacturing and 13 years in the oil & gas industry, AIQ would love to assist you convey your intended message accurately to your clients, readers or end users.

Getting A Quotation And Paying The Service Fee

Getting a quotation and paying AIQ Translation the service fee involves a few simple steps :

1. Contact the translator at aiqtranslation@gmail.com and attach the following information in your e-mail:
- Document Title
- Document Type
- Number of pages / words
- Scope : Translation / Editing / Proofreading

- Source Language and Target language ( English - Malay or Malay – English)
- Expected completion date or deadline
- Your contact details ( Name / Company / Telephone Number/Contact Person/Fax

2. Wait for AIQ to respond to your email with the quotation and the bank account number. Please refer AIQ rates below for a rough guide of the service fee. However, rates are negotiable and for urgent jobs, AIQ charges an extra 15% of the total quoted service fee.

3. Once you receive the quotation, please pay a deposit of 50% of the service fee quoted to you into AIQ’s bank account and please provide the transaction details for AIQ to acknowledge receipt, via email. AIQ will start once the deposit payment is received.

4. AIQ will get back to you via email once the job is completed. To avoid delays in getting the completed job, please bank in the remaining 50% service fee as quoted by AIQ and please provide the transaction details for AIQ to acknowledge receipt via email.

5. AIQ will immediately email you the completed job once full payment is made.
